A medium sized private day nursery in Vauxhall, London SE11 are looking to recruit an experienced Nursery Nurse Level 2/3 to join their established team. The nursery is easy to commute from Clapham, Brixton, Streatham and immediate surrounding areas.
This is a full time working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis.
In order to be considered for the position you must have the following experience, skills and attributes : –
- Have a full and relevant level 2/3 qualification in Childcare (but not Health and Social Care)
- Be a team player with a great knowledge of Early Years
- Be able to work on a full time shift rota basis, so needs to be flexible
Your duties as a Nursery Nurse Level 2/3 will include : –
- Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children so needs to be approachable and friendly.
- Observe, plan and assess children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework.
- Develop positive partnership with parents and staff who you work with
