THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION WORKING MONDAY TO FRIDAY 40 HOURS A WEEK WITH SOME START TIMES BEING 7.30AM AND SOME FINISH TIMES BEING 6PM

A private day nursery are looking to recruit a Nursery Marketing Manager primarily based at Shepherds Bush, West London but also required to travel around all of the groups nurseries. The nursery is easy to commute from London Bridge, Acton, Hammersmith and immediate surrounding areas.

  • Utilise WordPress for website management and optimisation, ensuring an excellent user experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to maximise effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience for Childcare Marketing Manager:

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and WordPress is essential.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content in English.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
