Salary up to £29,000 depending on qualifications and experience
A medium sized private day nursery near to Kennington, SE London are looking to recruit an experienced Nursery Nurse Level 2/3 to join their established team. The nursery is easy to commute from Clapham, Brixton, Streatham and immediate surrounding areas.
The salary is between £12-£14 depends on experience and qualifications
The nursery offers the following:
* 4 weeks of annual leave on top of 2 weeks closure during Xmas and NYE + 8 bank holidays ? This can be either a part time or full time working 32-40 hours a week on a shift rota basis.
In order to be considered for the position you must have the following experience, skills and attributes : –
- Have a full and relevant level 2/3 qualification in Childcare (but not Health and Social Care), or if you are part way through gaining a qualification you can be considered
- Be a team player with a great knowledge of Early Years
- Be able to work on a full time shift rota basis, so needs to be flexible
Your duties as a Nursery Nurse Level 2/3 will include : –
- Act as designated key person for an allocated number of children so needs to be approachable and friendly.
- Observe, plan and assess children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework.
- Develop positive partnership with parents and staff who you work with
